24.25 acres with 1/4 mile riverfront on Molalla river, already getting tax reduction due to native plant restoration, 3 acre riverside riparian zone planted 2012, ODFW wildlife conservation and management state program. Oregon white oaks and grassland (planting 7-8 acres of wildflower /native grass mix on 9/30/20). Already doing cooperative grants with NRCS and local clackamas county soil and water conservation district (CCSWCD) with Oak grassland and riparian. All restoration began 3/2010. small pond and stream . gardens and extensive landscaping in area around house. Mollalla riverbank with dense willows, beaver activity, etc.
Many areas amenable to accessible hives. I have no existing hives. suburban homes 1-2 mi to north in Canby, OR, and large filbert (hazelnut farm 50+ acres about 1.5 mi south) .
