24.25 acres with 1/4 mile riverfront on Molalla river, already getting tax reduction due to native plant restoration, 3 acre riverside riparian zone planted 2012, ODFW wildlife conservation and management state program. Oregon white oaks and grassland (planting 7-8 acres of wildflower /native grass mix on 9/30/20). Already doing cooperative grants with NRCS and local clackamas county soil and water conservation district (CCSWCD) with Oak grassland and riparian.
